My father abused me as a baby and child.

 

I started having surgeries at 12 years old, 14 years old to remove damage from the abuse. Diagnosed with cancer at 26, ended up loosing a breast and having major transplant surgery. After surgey 12, I was perscribed Fentanly plus oxi. I begged the Oncologist to help get me off and they would not help. They put me on pain management and I stayed on it for over 10 years.

I am not on my pain management today. I quit cold turkey. I run a successful non profit SafeHavenRefuge and Serene Spaces.

I have never let the chronic pain win. I fight back. I build through the pain
